Tip #4: Brighten up a chilly day with a fun, bold colored and/or printed skirt. Pair it with warmer neutrals (black, navy, grey, tan, etc.) and top it off with a conversation necklace or chunky scarf. Then warm those feet with leggings & cute boots.
